- Sell Planet Professional as a staffing business partner to prospective client companies
- Complete all aspects of the business development cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, presentations/meetings, contract negotiation, manage bill rates and conversion rates, and relationship development
- Uncover immediate needs in target markets through leads and follow-ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth
- Develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business from prospective and existing clients
- Communicate new job openings, closings, and feedback from the client to your recruiting team to ensure strong candidate matches
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview and hiring process
- Work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell all Planet Group Staffing and Consulting services
- Minimum of 3-7+ years of business development, sales, and account management experience required (staffing/consulting experience highly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage
- Ability to develop strong customer relationships and negotiation skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively

Position Summary:
Planet Professional is seeking self-motivated individuals with business development experience, preferably within the staffing or recruiting industry, to generate new business and deepen relationships with current and prospective company clients. You will be responsible for building and growing relationships with key decision-makers throughout all levels of the client's business, identifying opportunities, and working closely with your recruiting team to ensure qualified candidates are presented to your clients.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished sales leader with a proven record of consistent achievement and account retention. You will demonstrate a significant degree of independence, organizational commitment, and professionalism in the performance of your role.

● Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000k plus uncapped monthly commission
*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
