    Responsabilit:

    In particolare, si occuper operativamente di:

    • Gestire i progetti assegnati garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e degli standard di Sicurezza, Qualit, produttivit applicabili, in collaborazione con le funzioni aziendali coinvolte, ed in particolare i dipartimenti HSE, QA, Produzione e Manutenzione.
    • Gestire i progetti assegnati garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna e del budget delle commesse (Capex), con monitoraggio costante degli stadi ed indicatori di avanzamento, nonch delle relative azioni correttive.
    • Supervisionare i progetti di pi piccola scala affidati ai PE garantendo gli stessi risultati ed obiettivi perseguiti nei progetti seguiti in piena autonomia.
    • Collaborare con le varie funzioni aziendali nella definizione di progetti di sviluppo ed efficientamento traducendone le specifiche nella documentazione di pertinenza (User Requirements, Project Charter, Capital Appropriation Request) effettuando laddove necessario degli studi di fattibilit / impatto.
    • Coordinare lo sviluppo della documentazione di progetto (Ingegneria di Dettaglio) necessaria alla stima economica e richieste di offerta e pianificazione delle attivit di realizzazione (P&Id, Lay-out, DS, Work requisition meccaniche, elettro-strumentali, Automazione, etc).
    • Allineare tecnicamente le offerte e tabularle da un punto di vista economico, al fine di consentire alla Direzione Acquisti di procedere con le trattative commerciali.
    • Mantenere un costante flusso di comunicazione ed aggiornamento nei confronti dei propri interlocutori e clienti interni, in merito allo stato di avanzamento dei progetti assegnati, organizzando regolari meeting di allineamento e revisione.
    • Interfacciarsi con i fornitori per coordinare i lavori e verificare i vari SAL e con lUfficio Validazione per la trasmissione della documentazione necessaria alle varie fasi di qualifica.
    • Gestire la corretta consegna dei progetti seguiti verso i clienti interni pianificando e seguendo direttamente le fasi di commissioning, collaudo e startup impianti.
    • Interfacciarsi con il team di Manutenzione per la trasmissione e/o la redazione dei manuali operativi, la definizione del piano di manutenzione e delle scorte minime (spare parts).
