Planet Technologies, the Nation's leading Microsoft services provider, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as
Technical Project Manager. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.

Responsibilities:

Define project plans and timelines.
Execute Agile processes and methodology.
Coach team members on Agile project management processes and best practices.
Serve as a team facilitator to assist in forming decisions, road maps, and helping groom the backlog.
Identify and provide solutions to mitigate constraints and risks in the development process.
Facilitate senior leaders and cross functional teams to make decisions and achieve program objectives.
Balance multiple projects, keep projects on track and under budget.

Skills Required:

Experience leading technical teams either for software development, operations, or engineering utilizing the scaled Agile framework
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills to manage a diverse set of stakeholders and senior leaders.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is preferred
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to present concepts to individuals and large groups.
Ability to serve as a leader to a team.

Essentials:

Education:Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience leading large, complex projects and/or programs

Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Clearance:Active Top-Secret Clearance is required
