    Description

    Planet Technologies, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a Top Secret cleared, highly motivated individual with excellent technical skills to join our team as a full stack .NET developer.

    This position in a fast-paced, mission-sensitive, highly advanced and integrated IT environment.

    We support a highly integrated environment and are looking to implement Microsoft technologies as completely as possible to maximize their value.

    Experience implementing in sensitive Government environments is highly preferred. Ability to integrate into a hands on government team in a seamless manner.


    o Work Location:

    Partially remote, partially on site Responsibilities: o Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle for software development and the application in production.

    o Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.

    o Candidates will be using these technologies on a daily basis: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, Workflow, and many other APIs.

    The candidate should demonstrate excellent technical skills but also be able to talk with customers on a day-to-day basis.

    o Enhance UI through custom style sheet, JavaScript injection, content editor webparts, custom action and jsLink o Have experience building a farm solution o Package and deploy solution with PowerShell during Agile Sprint deployment o Thorough understanding of application development methodologies; comprehensive experience with structuring, developing, and implementing interactive Web sites and applications.


    Skills and Qualifications:

    o 5 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.

    o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
    o 5 years of experience architecture software solutions based on customer requirements
    o 5 years of experience leading technical teams
    o 3 years of experience designing and implementing automated build and deployment pipelines and supporting platform
    o Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability Essentials: o Education: Bachelors Degree
