Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Washington, DC (Hybrid) - $80K - $120K

Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and monitoring project status, business plan targets, problem areas, etc.
Assists the Project Manager in communicating with subcontractors and employees the expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, sustainability, quality control and other performance standards.
Interact with 3rd Party Consultants, including Architects, Civil & Structural Engineers and Utility Consultants to ensure they deliver in line with expectations.
Reviews and updates progress and cost reports, schedules, and requirements for completion on a regular basis to support and assist the Senior Project Manager
Collaborate with the Superintendent team to ensure that the agreed construction program can be delivered.

- supports the Project Manager and Superintendents effectively working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and coworkers.
- partake in coordinating, developing, managing, and implementing all facets necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified

Work directly with the Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Executives to provide technical expertise regarding cost estimates, negotiate contracts, change orders, and establish project objectives to ensure project success.

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma required, bachelor's degree in construction related studies preferred
Minimum 25 years' experience in Construction Project Management, either as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Multifamily Construction experience

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
