    Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque internationale basée à Casablanca, un Project Manager / PMO, afin d'assurer la coordination et le pilotage global (fonctionnel, humain, financier, technique et administratif) d'un portefeuille de projets, en s'appuyant sur une ou plusieurs ressources placées sous sa responsabilité.

    Missions:

    Analyse du portefeuille de Projets:

    • Rencontrer la maîtrise d'ouvrage et/ou les responsables des métiers afin d'élaborer les bases d'une expression de besoin
    • S'assurer que la définition de besoins est en cohérence avec l'existant, tant du côté technique que fonctionnel et que les besoins métiers sont cohérents avec la stratégie SI de l'entreprise
    • Participer aux comités de pilotage de manière à harmoniser la définition des besoins de métiers
    • Chiffrer le portefeuille de projets
    • Prendre connaissance des évolutions technologiques et organiser la veille technique

    Définition des moyens et objectifs de son domaine et du portefeuille de projets:

    • Planifier les projets sur une période pluriannuelle ainsi que sur l'exercice budgétaire
    • Définir les objectifs en matière de maîtrise des engagements de service (coûts, délais, qualité) et de satisfaction client
    • Déterminer les moyens humains et techniques et définir la part de la sous-traitance
    • Réaliser et dépouiller les appels d'offres avec les partenaires techniques (sociétés de services, éditeurs de logiciels, intégrateurs...) et choisir les prestataires
    • Définir la gouvernance de projet et y faire adhérer les différents acteurs

    Gestion administrative et suivi budgétaire:

    • Définir les budgets et les faire valider par sa hiérarchie et la direction administrative et financière
    • Valider et négocier le cadre financier et technique des contrats de prestation
    • Animer les réunions de pilotage de projets et définir le planning des tâches
    • Suivre les plannings de déroulement des projets
    • Etablir et analyser les tableaux de bord relatifs au déroulement des projets et à l'activité de service (PMO)
    • Réaliser le reporting pour le comité de pilotage, les directions métiers et/ou la direction générale

    Management des ressources projet:

    • Définir les ressources humaines nécessaires au déploiement des projets et piloter leur affectation
    • Choisir la clef de répartition entre ressources internes et ressources externes
    • Rencontrer et choisir les prestataires éventuels (co-traitants, sous-traitants, ...)
    • Superviser les relations avec les éventuels sous-traitants
    • Recruter les équipes de chefs de projets et éventuellement participer au recrutement des autres équipes (développeurs, en particulier), et assurer leur évaluation
    • Manager (hiérarchiquement ou fonctionnellement) les équipes projets
    • Définir les plans de formation pour développer les compétences des équipes aussi bien sur le plan technologique que méthodologique
    • Assurer tout au long du projet la relation avec le client, qu'il soit interne ou externe
    • Veiller aux bonnes relations entre maîtrise d'œuvre et maîtrise d'ouvrage
    • Réfléchir à l'évolution des méthodologies de gestion des projets

    Responsabilités PIC:

    • Avoir une compréhension adéquate des produits/services commercialisés.
    • Détecter les besoins des clients et les conseiller sur les produits et services existants en respect des règles de conduite PIC qui doivent être appliquées tout au long de la relation avec un client, et dans le respect de leur profil de risque et financier.
