    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef de Projet pour assurer un support aux chefs de projet internes sur l'ensemble des projets gérés, pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca.

    Missions Principales:

    • Offrir l'expertise technique et fonctionnelle sur les outils de gestion du CRC (centre de relation client)
    • Mener des ateliers de cadrage avec les filiales et la région
    • Assurer les travaux de rédaction et production des livrables
    • Etudier les contraintes techniques des filiales et proposer les solutions adéquates
    • Etudier les pré-requis techniques du projet
    • Organiser et Animer l'ensemble des ateliers projet (Architecture, Sécurité, Infrastructure...)
    • Faire les CR des réunions et ateliers
    • Etudier l'interfaçage entre les outils CRC et les outils groupe
    • Rédiger les spécifications techniques détaillées.
    • Assurer la rédaction des documents projets selon la méthodologie de gestion de projet groupe
    • Etudier le besoin des filiales et leurs fournir le conseil et l'expertise nécessaire pour prendre des décisions
    • Coordonner les actions des différents intervenants sur le projet
    • Contribuer à la préparation des comités de projet et de pilotage
    • Effectuer les bilans projets et les documents de capitalisation

    Profil Recherché:

    • De Formation Bac+5 ou équivalent d'une école d'ingénieur ou université
    • Expérience de minimum 10 ans en maîtrise d'ouvrage informatique et pilotage de projets.

    Compétences Techniques :

    • Bonne maitrise de méthode de gestion projet notamment PMP et Agile
    • Connaissance du contexte technique en Afrique
    • Compréhension de l'environnement et des activités de la banque de détail, des domaines fonctionnels bancaire, des référentiels clients et comptes, des besoins et des contraintes des utilisateurs.
    • Maîtrise de l'organisation et de la conduite de réunions
    • Maîtrise de la rédaction et de la cartographie des processus
    • Anglais courant : échanges à l'écrit et à l'oral avec entités du Groupe (Siège et filiales)

    Aptitudes Professionnelles:

    • Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles et bon niveau dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques
    • Force de proposition (gestion des problèmes pour la mise en œuvre, qu'ils soient techniques ou organisationnels)
    • Aptitude relationnelle permettant une communication aisée avec les différents acteurs du projet (métiers équipes projets)
    • Qualités relationnelles et capacité à s'exprimer clairement
    • Esprit de synthèse et d'analyse afin d'appréhender au mieux le contexte du projet.
    • Capacité d'adaptation dans un contexte multiculturel (interactions avec le siège et les filiales en Afrique)
    • Diplomatie pour concilier des intérêts parfois divergents : ceux des métiers et ceux techniques et financiers
    • Sens de l'organisation
    • Capacité de travail en équipe
    • Capacité à traiter simultanément plusieurs sujets
