- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Build strategies through email and text marketing to build clientele.
- Monitor and ensure ROI of executed strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to optimize communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to create compelling content and offers tailored to our customer base.
- Develop and implement end-to-end CRM marketing programs in HubSpot, with an emphasis on automation, personalization, and hyper-targeted segmentation.
- Ensure CRM platform integration with other service tools and marketing efforts, particularly focusing on HubSpot functionalities.
- Employ A/B testing as needed to advance performance of campaigns.
- Proactively formulating campaigns/strategies to address all possible business scenarios.
- Use quantitative analysis and analytics (dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools) to effectively demonstrate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Train and guide team members on the effective use of the CRM platform.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, specifically with hands-on experience in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategies, email marketing, and SMS marketing tactics.
- Passion for crafting engaging and effective messages.
- Independent, proactive approach to projects, with the ability to lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive experience tracking and reporting key CRM performance metrics.
- Demonstrated experience implementing loyalty, CRM, and automation marketing programs and processes.
- Ability to monitor, interpret, and report on data to help build cohesive marketing programs.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
