The Details:

Location: Lakewood Ranch, FL (Bradenton Area)

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000, with regular bonus opportunities. _Six-figures is within reach with our generous bonus structure._

Hours: Embrace a regular schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evenings and weekends, especially for our exciting client events held four times a year.


Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000


Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient office systems and procedures to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Organize agent schedules, listings, closings, and allimportant documentation.
• Keep our client database in tiptop shape, ensuring no lead goes unattended.
• Support the onboarding of new agents, setting them up for success from day one.
• Lead our real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
• Manage office logistics, from maintenance to supplies, and keep the lines of communication open with vendors.
• Be the friendly face and primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering topnotch service with a smile.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, showcasing our properties in the best possible light.

Qualifications:

• Bring at least 2 years of experience supporting a real estate agent, team, or office in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in managing databases is a musthave skill.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions or a willingness to learn new processes is essential.
• While an active FL real estate license is preferred, obtaining one posthire is mandatory to support the agent, not engage in sales.
• Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, Google Suite, and Project Management Software is necessary to hit the ground running.
