If that's you—if you're a self-starter, changemaker, and thoughtful collaborator ready to take their career to the next level—then apply today What You'll Do: We are seeking an experienced IT CRM Manager, who will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation of our new CRM and Marketing Automation Tools as well as ongoing support and management of the platforms. You will play a key role in driving digital innovation, improving user experiences, and ensuring the effective integration of technology and data solutions to meet the company's strategic objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Include:
    • In conjunction with corporate marketing and Sales, implement new CRM and Marketing Automation platforms leveraging various data integrations including customer data profiles, website browsing history, and third party data services.
    • Provide leadership to the CRM platform, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage and optimize sales and marketing platforms, including CRMs and sales tools, to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective digital campaigns and initiatives leveraging data driven solutions and integrations with ad services like Google and Facebook.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration of digital solutions.
    • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Collaborate with other departments to integrate digital solutions into existing business processes.
    • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
    What You Have:
    • Proven experience in implementing and managing CRM Platforms, specifically including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365, and or HubSpot.
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies, CRM systems, and sales tools.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable digital strategies.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to leverage systems and tools, including ServiceNow.
    • Proven ability to successfully implement new technologies.
    Your Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 2 years of IT CRM Manager, or a similar role.
    • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
    Compensation: Century Communities (the "Company") intends to offer the selected candidate an annual base salary in the range of $125,000k - $140,000k with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
