As a consultant for our CRM solution, we are the interface between IT and our client companies. Diverse projects make our job highly varied, innovative IT topics challenge us, and critical project phases motivate us to demonstrate our team spirit. Our common goal is to make our clients successful and share our enthusiasm for software and professional project management with them.

Your Responsibilities

Consulting our clients on the conception, implementation, and introduction of our CRM software solution, CAS genesisWorld
Gradually taking on partial responsibility in the project
Conducting requirement workshops and corresponding documentation
Independent configuration and coordination with our software development team
Customer support and conducting user trainings
Collaboration in mixed project teams

Your Profile

Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable education with relevant work experience
Prior experience in software consulting or project management is advantageous
Proactivity, strong communication skills, and interest in agile project management
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel approximately 2-3 days per month
