We are currently looking for a Service Employee for Passenger Management at the train station in full-time or part-time (m/f/d) for a deployment at DB's Gottenheim location.

Your responsibilities:

As a Service Employee for Passenger Management at the train station in fulltime or parttime (m/f/d), you will represent Deutsche Bahn at the station and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing passenger flows within the station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop).
You will assist passengers with loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage.
You will also be responsible for distributing passengers to doors and multipurpose areas.
If needed, you will provide assistance for boarding and disembarking.
You will also assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform.
Additionally, you will provide information and support to passengers and bicycle customers at the station/platform.

Your profile:

We expect you to have good German language skills. Knowledge of English is desirable.
You have a confident, friendly demeanor and are customeroriented.
