Sales Assistant - Commerce, United States - Mirror Image

Description

The Sales Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
• Support business development efforts by generating leads and qualifying prospects
• Assist with account management activities to maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide technical design/sales support to customers and sales representatives as needed
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review
• Utilize Netsuite CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or issues promptly
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to coordinate sales efforts effectively
• Work with quoting department on more complex projects that need more guidance.
• Help facilitate a project's design and manufacturing to ensure a more efficient production process with the project management team.
• Help managing sampling and requests for samples
• Assist at trade shows (mainly in New York and Las Vegas) each held once a year.
• Assist in product design and development
• Travel approximately every other week around North America.
• Assistance in managing CEO's travel schedule and support while he is traveling.

• Previous experience in a design role or similar position is preferred
• Familiarity with sales processes, techniques, and best practices
• Ability to analyzing sales data and generating reports
• Experience using Netsuite or other CRM software is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge in CAD and Adobe Products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
