- Proficient in strategic thinking and planning.
- Strong understanding of budget management and financial monitoring.
- Excellent leadership skills, encompassing goal setting, motivation, training, and mentorship.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), including active listening.
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the beauty supply industry.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role.
- Expertise in planning and budgeting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
- Strong analytical ability.
- Proficient in English/Spanish (Highly Preferred).
- Demonstrated dedication with a high level of commitment.

- Sales: 2 -3 years.

- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
