    We utilize a versatile customer acquisition model to plan and execute every one of our direct sales and field marketing campaigns. We are a reliable provider for premier telecommunications conglomerates, and we're actively looking for top talent to join our expanding marketing and sales department as a Full Time Account Manager.

As a result, our sales team can reach a target audience, create customized product and service solutions, and drive brand loyalty and repeat business. We are equally dedicated to each team member's personal and professional success, so one-on-one mentorship, daily training, and regular performance evaluations are a part of our everyday routine.

    As a Full Time Account Manager you will:

    • Prospect, identify and generate new customers through direct sales and field marketing techniques
    • Communicate with customers daily and recommend specific products and services based on their individual needs
    • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales department to create new program initiatives, develop marketing and sales programs, and execute accordingly
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the available products, services, and promotions available in any given market
    • Establish nurturing and trusting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and a referral pipeline
    • Monitor the campaign for accuracy and inefficiencies and identify areas for optimization
    • Complete necessary administrative tasks, such as completing compliance paperwork, filing order request forms, etc.

    Desired Skills:

    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, entrepreneurship, or communications is highly preferred
    • Effective relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
    • Able to multi-task effectively without compromising attention to detail, correctness, or deadlines
    • Passion for being a reliable contributor in a team environment with a positive environment
    • Driven by results and the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
    • An ambitious, goal-oriented personality is a must for this position
    • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and logically regarding all aspects of this position
