Job Summary
The Account Project Manager will be instrumental in helping to grow the business and drive future success.

This person will work closely with the Sales Staff, coordinating the development of client solutions, project development, and assisting in developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day contact with the client.

Above all, you will be an advocate for breakthrough work. Success in this role translates to meeting client expectations for each project.

The Account Project Manager plays a key role in making that happen.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Sales Executives in all facets of the customer account.
  • Strengthen client relationships and attend client meetings.
  • Learn the client business and become the expert in customers' process: team structures, approval process, deployment system, all store operation process, line review dates, etc.
  • Create and maintain project timelines internally and externally with the client.
  • Manage projects involving complex work streams and crossfunctional collaboration (internally and externally).
  • Setup prototype meetings and other Innovation Center Activities.
  • Expedite project approvals and work on other customer requests, actively monitoring customers satisfaction.
  • Data entry in internal systems and forms required for each job as it progresses

This includes:
design requests, engineering requests, estimate requests, ensuring compliance with company's credit policy for each order.

  • Ensure internal compliance with contract, design, credit, quote, estimating, quality, terms and conditions agreed upon and any other business documents and procedures; Keep paperwork on file.
  • Organize client specific information such as planograms, store surveys, etc.
  • Ensure written quotes are properly prepared and disseminated to client.
  • Provide support so Sales Lead can focus on New Business Development 80% of the time.
  • Ensure 100% of projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Identify cost efficiency and value engineering approach for additional margin improvement and marketplace completeness.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships, measured by positive client feedback.
