- Collaborate with procurement to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in IT operations.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems and processes to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ Years managing IT operations teams and infrastructure.
- Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment.
- Team player, with a "no task is too small" attitude.
- In-depth knowledge of data center server management, virtualization technologies, Azure, and workstation systems.
