Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the dental office and staff, ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards.
Develop and implement systems to enhance team performance, patient satisfaction, and financial growth.
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to foster learning and professional growth.
Analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Show financial expertise by managing metrics and staying informed about market trends.
Build trust within the team, customize coaching approaches, and acknowledge progress.
Utilize knowledge of dental plans, fees, and business principles to effectively manage operations.
Make informed decisions in a fast-paced setting using problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to showcase strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in operational management of medical/dental offices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and contribute to organizational success.

Work Environment:

This is a primarily sedentary office role with occasional travel.
Noise level is usually low to moderate.
Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, and other activities.

Potential Bonus Offered: $800 - $2,000+
