You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front office of our cannabis packaging equipment, managing the support team as well as liaising with technical team, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

• Oversee daily operations of the front office and technical teams.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist Director of Operations and Project Managers with supply chain logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve company goals and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and report on operational performance and develop strategic plans for operational activity.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in production.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to foster a highperformance culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or tech industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry's regulatory standards is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
