As an Automation Machine Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing our state-of-the-art cannabis packaging equipment.

You will work directly with our clients, providing hands-on technical support and ensuring that our machinery operates at its best.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and repair automation equipment at client sites as well as assemble and QC equipment at company HQ.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Train client staff on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, both remotely and onsite.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

Requirements:

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in field service for industrial automation.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
Strongly encouraged to maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies as needed
