Regenerative Medical Group is seeking a well experienced professional to manage day-to-day operational responsibility for a thriving and an innovative medical practice in Orange.

This role includes the people management, coordination and communication between various departments including billing, business office, administration, finance and human resource and supervisory aspects of managing a busy medical practice.

Experience in both front office and back office supervision is necessary, as is experienced in Electronic Medical Records.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the overall daytoday operations of the practice including patient flow and provider support while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of service and support to patients, providers, and staff.
  • Serves as a member of the management team; collaborates on organizational business issues, communicates appropriate messages, and supports and drives corporate initiative.
  • Oversee job duties, staffing schedule and PTO requests.
  • Interview and assist in hiring staff on as needed basis.
  • Oversee the front and back offices
  • Monitor inventory management and ordering: medical supplies and office supplies
  • Handle patient complaints
  • Coordinate with the HR and PEO on mandatory trainings for employees
  • Coordinating training for new hires.
  • Providing feedback to employees as needed
  • Handling incident reports.
  • Revising roles and responsibilities of staff periodically.
  • Handle any crisis which arises in the office or with the staff.
  • Oversee the housekeeping staff and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate on machine calibration and service
  • Periodic meetings with supervisors, management and business office
  • Reviewing office opening and closing checklist
  • Coordinate training with labs and reps
  • Schedule any maintenance and post notices as needed.
  • Ensures that there is always provider coverage during operating hours
  • Continuously identifies a way to increase profitability
  • Drives improvement efforts through effective provider productivity management
  • Works with the Directors and management team to establish targeted goals and growth plans
  • Provide goaloriented direction to direct reports; assist with problemsolving as needed
  • Ensures all operations are carried out in an ethical, responsible manner. Monitors compliance with all clinical policies and procedures and ensures all operational services meet regulatory and quality standards
  • Other responsibilities as directed by senior management

Qualification Requirements:


  • Previous working experience as Medical Office Management and Healthcare combined for a minimum 15 years of total experience.
  • Minimum of years experience in a managerial role.
  • Holds a bachelor degree: minimum
  • Bilingual: preferably Spanish to support patients
  • Managed a minimum of 25 people in the past.

Pay:
$ $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
