    Description
    We are seeking an organized, full-time real estate project coordinator to join the Khrista Jarvis Real Estate sales team.

    Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and home preparation.

    In addition, youll coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure the highest level of care is given. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. If this job sounds like a great match for you, apply today.


    Responsibilities:


    Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable propertiesCoordinate and manage vendors during the home preparation phaseAcquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file complianceAct as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, during the process of a real estate listing and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in listing transactions.

    Create timelines and follow up with individuals, vendors and clients as needed to ensure all deadlines are met.
    Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactionsSchedule photos and videography with teams preferred photography vendorsSchedule sign and lockbox placementEnter listing in the MLS and upload offer instructions, seller disclosure notice and any other addendumsUnderstand the Listing Agreement in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and datesCommunicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the listing processEstablish relationships with all third parties including photographers, stagers, vendors, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth listing process and share relevant informationStay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiatePut together the listing packet for the agentUpdate listing packet as neededUpdate listing presentation document as neededFollow up with clients after the sale to check in and request a testimonial/reviewQualificationsExperience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferredAble to convey information well in both a written and verbal formatCurrently has or is pursuing a real estate licenseDriven to create an excellent customer service experience for each clientHigh school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
