    Five9 is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Coordinator to expand our company's digital presence and brand awareness, while directly contributing to pipeline and revenue goals.

    Reporting to the Sr. Creative Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will coordinate, track and move content projects forward to power a wide range of initiatives including demand generation, product marketing, brand awareness, and thought leadership. This role resides in Marketing, within the Creative & Content team.

    Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside at least 50 miles away from our San Francisco or San Ramon office locations. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Francisco or San Ramon locations, this role will be Hybrid.

    As the Project Coordinator, you will:

    Manage the production of marketing collaterals (data sheets, e-books etc.) from copywriting phase through design
    Work with external vendors for long-form writing/SEO content as well as collateral design
    Track requests, coordinate with project owners and stakeholders, and manage review rounds using Asana
    Support blog initiatives through copyedit rounds, SEO implementation and publishing
    Work with Digital Marketing team to review webpage content requests and optimize website authoring templates
    Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns and Customer Marketing team to provide content to support their programs
    Manage the work of internal and external writing/proof reading resources, and assist in proof reading as needed

    The requirements and qualifications you will need to be successful in this role:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field
    Strong communication skills and attention to detail to handle editorial, communications, and project management tasks
    Strong bias for action and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
    Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and under tight deadlines

    Preferred skills:

    Professional experience in writing and/or content marketing, with a focus on software, ideally with a SaaS
    Sound knowledge of content management systems, social media platforms, SEO. Seismic experience is a plus.
    Experience creating a wide range of marketing assets and content
    Experience in project management and stakeholder management

The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States.     Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

    All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

    The US base salary range for this role is below. $48,300-$90,500 USD
