WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US?

  • Participation in the coordination and management of projects
  • Independent, organizational management of sub-projects or work packages for the customer
  • Support of project management in technical and contractual matters
  • Participation in the planning and composition of project teams according to the commissioned service and the economic project success
  • Participation in the planning and integration of our partners from near and offshore for economic project optimization
  • Coordination and communication with the customer regarding scope of services, budget, and acceptance
  • Support in the planning of the project in the corresponding Cognizant tools for comprehensive project transparency for Cognizant Mobility Management
  • Regular reporting of project progress (time, cost, budget, and quality) to Cognizant Mobility Management
