    We are seeking an organized, full-time real estate project

    coordinator to join the Khrista Jarvis Real Estate sales team.

    Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and home preparation.

    In addition, you'll coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure the highest level of care is given. The right candidate will be outgoing, organized, goal-driven, and results-oriented. If this job sounds like a great match for you, apply today.

    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
    Coordinate and manage vendors during the home preparation phase
    Acquire the necessary signatures for each listing agreement, sellers' disclosures, and other required documentation and send to the real estate broker for file compliance

    Act as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, during the process of a real estate listing and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in listing transactions.

    Create timelines and follow up with individuals, vendors and clients as needed to ensure all deadlines are met.
    Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
    Schedule photos and videography with team's preferred photography vendors
    Schedule sign and lockbox placement
    Enter listing in the MLS and upload offer instructions, seller disclosure notice and any other addendums
    Understand the Listing Agreement in order to summarize all important terms, conditions, and dates
    Communicate regularly with the client to send them reminders, check in, and let them know what to expect in each step of the listing process
    Establish relationships with all third parties including photographers, stagers, vendors, and all agents in order to ensure a smooth listing process and share relevant information
    Stay in good communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate
    Put together the listing packet for the agent
    Update listing packet as needed
    Update listing presentation document as needed
    Follow up with clients after the sale to check in and request a testimonial/review
    Qualifications
    Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
    Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
    Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license
    Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
    High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
