    We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in energy, technology, and a passion to deliver products for a growing company.

    The Accounts Receivable Representative I you will perform a wide variety of receivables and collections functions including but not limited to managing collections for our largest B2B customers, cash posting, reconciling, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

    Reporting into the AR/Collections Manager, the role requires self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual with the ability to perform well under pressure.


    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Daily Collections for largest B2B customers
    • Manage collections for all B2B accounts
    • Cash posting and reconciliation as needed
    • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
    • Research and respond to client inquiries
    • Answer inquiries both internal and external regarding payments and balances
    • Work with the Customer Operations Department to resolves customer billing problems to reduce accounts receivable delinquency in a timely manner
    • Interact with internal departments and customers to answer questions and resolve issues
    • Cross-train on a variety of accounts receivable functions
    • Other duties as assigned

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • High School diploma required; some college preferred
    • 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or Customer Service role
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
    • Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of diligence
    • Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a personal stake in team goals and objectives
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
    • Initiative-taking with the desire to consistently improve performance and gain further knowledge
    • Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly and demonstrate effective problem solving and follow-up skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to provide timely and accurate data analysis.
    • Strong business writing skills and experience developing communication in various formats.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Learner mindset and eye for continuous improvement needs.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of attention to detail

    LOCATION AND WORK SCHEDULE
