Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor business processes and databases to ensure that all security personnel are properly licensed and insured
  • Confirm that documents received are accurate and meet minimum requirements; work with security personnel to resolve any issues identified
  • Validate that documents received are authentic by contacting carriers and licensing authorities
  • Conduct quarterly audits to ensure that vendors within your assigned portfolio are fully compliant
  • Manage documents across data repositories, including hard and digital copies as necessary
  • Work with internal partners as needed to provide support and/or resolve compliancerelated issues
  • Maintain vendor and contact profile data; document all communications in company system, spreadsheets, or reports
  • Be a team player, sharing best practices and lessons learned with other members of the Compliance team to ensure a level of consistency across all geographic vendor portfolios
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Protos in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 2 year' experience in a compliance role, or a position requiring a similar skill set
  • Highly organized and methodical, with a systematic approach to work
  • Process driven and detailed oriented, with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions to problems quickly
  • Proficient in data validation and sorting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a teamoriented environment
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency required; Excel knowledge desired
  • Security industry experience helpful, but not required

Overnight travel, while not often, may be required. Travel is expected to be less than 10%.

Compensation
Compensation includes base salary and a discretionary, performance based year-end bonus. The Company offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, etc.
