    Job Responsibilities:
    Gather and act upon product intelligence and feedback including:

    Ensure any product advancements happening are effectively communicated with stakeholders

    Business requirements are solid and open communication between business & tech partners

    Engage with Product Strategists to ensure support, staying on the rails, and including timely and proper update of supporting materials

    Engages with internal stakeholders for enhancements

    Provides recommendations on product launch strategies

    Works closely with technical team to deliver against roadmap projects

    Initiates, prioritizes, and drives projects to meet roadmap timelines

    Help remove risks and impediments external to development teams

    Skills and Experience

    Required:

    Required:
    Exhibits leadership qualities and provides direction, guidance, and support to the organization

    Uses strong analytical skills to solve diverse problems and make decisions

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to influence people at multiple levels

    Bachelor's Degree

    Minimum of 5 years' experience in Card Industry

    Experience in the financial Industry

    Results-oriented with strong attention to detail

    Possess the ability to manage large initiatives that span across different business areas & complexities


    Preferred:
    Previous experience in a payment processor environment highly desirable

    Prior product management/ project management/ business system analyst experience in the card payment or processor industry from business requirements gathering through launch

    Practical knowledge of technology used to support payment card products and services
