Your Mission

Here's what you'll do:


  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and users by regularly conducting user research, reviewing product metrics, and following industry trends.
  • Work with other product leaders to build and maintain a roadmap for your product area that aligns with company and product objectives.
  • Drive customerdriven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity
  • Collaborate extensively with crossfunctional teams including engineering, data, design, and gotomarket teams.
  • Analyze how things work today and translate usability problem statements into actionable items.
  • Help to identify, manage, and mitigate current and emerging risks.
  • Develop datadriven views of adoption to realize key digital performance metrics and define strategies to manage/optimize usage.

Here's what we're looking for:


  • 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS company. Experience integrating with partners to provide payments and financing experiences to customers. Comfortable in a fastpaced environment and able to manage multiple projects. Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with a bias towards action. Familiarity with mobile and web app development. Resultsoriented mindset. You care about good design and design thinking. Selfstarter that excels working independently and collaborating across groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using product/user data and analytics tools like Amplitude Strong understanding of engineering capabilities and constraints and ability to work well with engineers.

Location


This role will be located in NYC along with the rest of the technical Hearth team, the CEO, and other key roles in the business.
