Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Production Manager to perform duties to support live event coordination, execution of contractual obligations with regard to broadcast and partnerships, media day content shoots, and liaise with contractors including packagers on production needs.

This role is full-time and will report to the SVP, Broadcast.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinating and supporting logistics of liveaction and ancillary production coverage, including (but not limited to):
  • In-season broadcasts
  • Inseason weekly drafts
  • College drafts
  • Ancillary content including media day and off day/in season shoots
  • Coordinate with internal staff and contracted production team, including onair talent
  • Support executive producer and production talent with contract details, coordination of travel, and general logistics involved with production and operations
  • Assist in assessing production performance and quality control
  • Assist in Media Day planning, execution and follow up needs
  • Ensure the fulfillment of all broadcast, sponsor, and nonprofit contractual obligations

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of previous experience with sports, live event operations, and/or broadcast operations required
  • Ability to travel to each of our season locations, possibly for extended periods of time, based on event responsibilities
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when games air outside of "normal" working hours
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods with possible heavy lifting (~40 lbs.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively across departments

Benefits
This role is full-time, remote and is compensated at a range of $55,000 to $62,000 annually.

While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position.

We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee's expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
