    Description
    Grow your career as a Senior Corporate Paralegal with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

    Required Skills & Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in-house with a large institution.
    • Large corporate experience in connection with ongoing review of corporate records for subsidiary entities of large financial institution.
