What You'll Do:
We are currently seeking a Paralegal experienced in Corporate Governance and Compliance.

This role will support our securities & corporate governance, ethics and compliance functions, supporting Brands and partnering with team members in New York, Chicago, and Helsinki.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to all aspects of Amer Sports securities and corporate governance and ethics and compliance functions
  • Maintain the overall maintenance of the Boardvantage electronic Board portal
  • Assist in managing the administrative aspects of the insider trading policy to include maintaining window lists and updating as needed
  • Assist in managing ethics and compliance policy updates as well as related training and communications
  • Work with team members to coordinate and plan meetings
  • Assist in preparation of SEC filings (e.g. 20Fs and proxy statements) and associated disclosure control processes
  • Assist in drafting reports and presentations for the Audit Committee and executive leaders
  • Assist with special projects or tasks related to securities and corporate governance, ethics and compliance matters
  • Work to support the overall needs of the Legal Department.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, well organized, ability to plan and prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate and work effectively across a global, matrix environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with the SEC's Edgar System and working in Boardvantage
  • Experience with a hotline reporting channel, such as WhistleB, is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
