What You'll Do:
We are currently seeking a Paralegal experienced in Corporate Governance and Compliance.

This role will support our securities & corporate governance, ethics and compliance functions, supporting Brands and partnering with team members in New York, Chicago, and Helsinki.

Specific responsibilities include:

Provide support to all aspects of Amer Sports securities and corporate governance and ethics and compliance functions
Maintain the overall maintenance of the Boardvantage electronic Board portal
Assist in managing the administrative aspects of the insider trading policy to include maintaining window lists and updating as needed
Assist in managing ethics and compliance policy updates as well as related training and communications
Work with team members to coordinate and plan meetings
Assist in preparation of SEC filings (e.g. 20Fs and proxy statements) and associated disclosure control processes
Assist in drafting reports and presentations for the Audit Committee and executive leaders
Assist with special projects or tasks related to securities and corporate governance, ethics and compliance matters
Work to support the overall needs of the Legal Department.

What We're Looking For:

Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, well organized, ability to plan and prioritize multiple competing tasks
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate and work effectively across a global, matrix environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with the SEC's Edgar System and working in Boardvantage
Experience with a hotline reporting channel, such as WhistleB, is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive issues
