We are currently seeking a
Corporate Governance Paralegal to work with our F500 clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist client's internal attorneys in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters
  • Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance
  • Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governancerelated documents
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of corporate governance paralegal experience gained in an AmLaw100 firm or inhouse environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices and familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in legal research tools, databases, and related software
  • Open to working in a secondment or engagementbased role

Compensation, Benefits & Location:


This role offers competitive compensation starting at $40/hr and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K, and more.
