    Our client, a top law firm with offices in downtown Manhattan, is looking to bring on a Corporate Paralegal to focus on UCC work. Candidate must have 3+ years of UCC experience from within a law firm environment and a keen attention to detail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform due diligence UCC/lien searches, review results and prepare lien summary charts
    • Draft UCC Financing Statements
    • Monitor UCC financing statement status throughout the filing process under the supervision of Attorneys
    • Review UCC Post Filing Searches ensuring correct indexing of UCC Financing Statements
    • Maintain the Firm's UCC document management
    • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, governmental authorities and other parties
    • Prepare and send correspondence to clients, outside counsel, etc.
    • Promote effective work practices and work as a team member
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
    • Hybrid 3/2 work schedule

    Salary $80,000-125,000 DOE
