Summary:
Currently seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Channel Marketing Integration activities for New Computing and Mobile Experiences products.
The ideal candidate needs to quickly understand each business, the channels in which they operate, and quickly navigate the strategic landscape to provide advice, counsel and action plans to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and delivery of a holistic go-to-market playbook that connects all of our mobile category products with contents & services offerings, partnership assets.
Works with customer facing sales and marketing channel leads to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches as well as life cycle management activities including promotion, merchandising, and training.
Identify growth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company Owned Retail, Dealer, Care/Telesales/Call Center, partner and develop programs to grow Company's market share.
Develop unique local, regional programs to drive objectives in Get, Grow, Protect markets while integrating channel partner assets with Client's product launch and other commercial moments throughout the year.
Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive Revenue, Market Share, and Switching and Retention Targets.
Lead and execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of work experience (mobile or Client industry preferred)
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles of driving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, financial acumen, organizational planning required.A proven self-starter, he/she must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good business judgment, and high managerial leadership potential.
Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
