Summary:
Help strategize and execute key marketing initiatives for a leading DFW-based financial institution.
Beal Bank is seeking a savvy, eager, diligent, creative and data driven marketing manager to work closely with our leaders on the next chapter of our marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of multiple marketing channels, particularly the digital landscape, to manage the corporate website; drive SEM, digital and social media efforts; and deliver top-notch marketing programs.
This position is based on site in our Plano, TX headquarters.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to
):
Help develop and manage the execution of marketing, advertising and social media initiatives to drive customer acquisition and increased digital and social media engagement designed to meet business needs
Work with management and other stakeholders on marketing priorities based on changing market conditions to meet business objectives
Maintain and ensure the integrity and consistency of the company's brand identity standards
Provide market research, analytics and important campaign metrics, with insights on how to improve and optimize performance for both ongoing and future efforts
Route marketing materials to internal stakeholders for input, review and approval prior to implementation
Maintain primary and affiliate websites, including SEO/SEM, content management, testing and deployment
Oversee external vendors on brand promotion and various advertising, digital and social media campaigns
Take on additional marketing and related projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
Minimum two (2) to four (4) years manager level experience in a marketing, advertising, digital and/or social media capacity - either internal or agency account management
Financial services experience preferred
Knowledge of current marketing and advertising approaches, techniques and methodologies
Exceptional communications skills, including to C-level executives
Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize work as necessary to meet critical deadlines
Positive, professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and analytical know-how
Good working knowledge of all social media applications
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Working knowledge and aptitude for learning creative and content management platforms
