    The Role:

    The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing online and offline marketing strategy for their assigned territory, following the global HQ Marketing vision and strategy and adapting and delivering it in the local market. We are looking for a goal-oriented regional marketing manager to implement marketing campaigns in accordance with the region's demographics. In this role, your responsibilities will include forecasting communications and sales needs and campaign budgets, and working with management, sales and the HQ marketing teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Following and understanding global marketing strategy and plans and tailoring them to suit your region.
    • Define and implement region-specific marketing plan
    • Define marketing goals and KPIs
    • Use omni channel marketing best practices
    • Track your marketing campaigns and determine the most successful ones
    • Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverable
    • Plan and host offline events
    • Be a brand advocate
    • Support overall marketing team goals and programs
    • Assist regional sales managers when needed
    • Work closely with the sales team
    • Analyzing local competition and strengthening the company's brand position in assigned regional areas.
    • Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
    • Developing a clear understanding of the financial goals and the key success indicators.
    • Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies' return on investment (ROI).

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or in a management role.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
    • Experience with organizing local and regional events
    • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
    • Proficient in marketing automation and analytics features
