    Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Lead the development and delivery of go-to-market campaigns that connect all of our mobile category products and aligns to Telecommunication priorities.
    • Works with Telecommunication and internal marketing teams to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches as well as life cycle management activities for NCME products.
    • Identify growth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company Owned Retail, Dealer, partner and develop programs to grow company market share.
    • Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive Revenue,
    • Lead and execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.
    • Manage day-to-day marketing operations for the account team
    • Own annual marketing calendar and quarterly marketing program decks with inputs from other team members
    Background/Experience Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field (MBA preferred)
    • 8+ years of work experience (mobile or Client industry preferred)
    • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles of driving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
    • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, financial acumen, organizational planning required.
    • A proven self-starter, he/she must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good business judgment, and high managerial leadership potential.
    • Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions.
    Necessary Skills and Attributes:
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
    • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
    • Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
    • Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
    • Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
    • The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.

    Compensation:
    The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
