    About the Role


    The Laser Manager role is responsible for laying the data and analytical foundation for a successful acquisition and CRM program that results in laser consultations, positive guest experiences and guest retention.

    This person will possess total ownership of the backbone of the laser marketing program.

    This person will be responsible for the success of our Laser marketing strategy through strategic planning and go-to market strategies.

    The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Digital, Paid Media, Creative, Social, and PR and Partnerships teams, to define program future and develop and execute effective marketing Laser strategies.

    A Day in the Life
    Establish, maintain, and optimize a guest strategy that considers guest mindset and motivations throughout the guest journey.

    Analyzing data and identifying trends that can be used to create effective strategies that derive actionable insights, resulting in program innovations and increased ROI.

    Connecting campaign and digital requirements to the data that fuels them: collaborate with IT, web development team, and data engineering teams to define data needs and oversee their implementation.

    Serve as day-to-day point of contact with vendor and agency partners for laser; Interface and collaborate to implement program vision through the management of requests, timelines, and relationships.

    Creation of MarTech, digital additions and optimizations needed for Laser.
    Collaborate with channel managers to implement segmentation strategy and analytical insights across touchpoints.

    Define opportunities for, and build strategies to, drive growth across Laser acquisition and CRM programs and campaigns through new channels, partnerships, or optimizations.

    Maintain deep knowledge of the Laser marketing landscape and trends, competitive insight, and new enabling technologies.
    Support the organization by providing thought leadership and marketing expertise.
    Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as product adoption, customer acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.
    What Sets You Apart

    Ability to consider the guest journey from a holistic view; can zoom out on marketing touchpoints to understand their place in the end-to-end experience of the guest
    Analytically minded but is a marketer by trade.
    Deep understanding of CRM/data structures and how they work together to create comprehensive and effective customer journeys.

    Use marketing automation and channel nurturing to engage and convert prospects, customers, and members across their waxing journey.
    Comfortable with using customer segmentation and data synthesis to accomplish business objectives.

    Detail-oriented in both process management and in requirement building.
    Experience managing third-party vendors, platforms, and agencies to maximize impact.

    Avid question-asker and problem-solver; approaches challenges and tasks with a 360-degree consideration and veracity to arrive at the best possible solution.

    Adept user of Microsoft Office Suite
    Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a dynamic work environment.
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
    Uses resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Creative problem solver that thrives in a rapidly growing and evolving organization.
    Education and Experience

    5-7 years of experience in marketing
    CRM Marketing/Customer Journey Mapping
    Marketing experience within Beauty and Wellness
    Marketing experience within Laser Hair Removal space highly preferred
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
