    Overview

    Summary/objective

    The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for producing content across multiple mediums to drive help brand awareness, market engagement, and pipeline through digital and conventional channels.

    Essential functions

    • Assist in the development of and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals and objectives
    • Produce content for both written and audio-visual mediums
    • Manage and grow our social media presence on our chosen platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube through content creation and community management
    • Assist in the creation of press releases and other PR materials to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations
    • Collaborate with demand team on SEO efforts to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through the creation of blog posts, website content, and offsite articles
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including training, sales, and product to produce content aligns with brand messaging and supports overall marketing objectives
    • Assist in copywriting for digital and physical marketing materials when needed

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
    • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
    • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or related field and a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies
    • Experience in managing and growing social media accounts
    • Familiarity with PR and coordinating with trade media
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Ability to self-direct and work within a cross-functional team to achieve goals and deliver results
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling content relevant to identified target markets
    • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform and adjust content production
    Supervisory responsibilities

    This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Work environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

    Physical demands

    Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.

    This position will require little to no travel.
