    The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center -

    FRONT DESK - EVENINGS

    Shift: Evenings M-F from 3:30 pm - 9pm

    Job Description:

    • Greet patients and visitors in a courteous professional manner. Direct guests to designated location, according to their request.
    • Ensure that telephone is answer courteously, promptly and professionally and messages handled efficiently.
    • Maintain daily resident listing.
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries accordingly
    • Process daily incoming invoices, log into spreadsheet. Obtain approval/authorizations from Dept. Head/Administrator.
    • Submit and track outgoing invoices to Corporate Head Office.
    • Complete/Review weekly AP reports
    • Update Vendor's contract as needed.
    • Assist in duties related to the Business Office and other areas as need

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • High School graduate. Associate degree preferred.
    • Experience in Excel/Microsoft is required.
    • Experience with varies office equipment.
    • Excellent communication/organizational skills.
    • 1-2 years experience in Skilled Nursing home AP (preferred)
