Our law is positioned as Florida's Premier Residential Construction Law Firm for Homeowners.
We help homeowners before, during, and after their custom home builds and major home renovation projects go sideways in terms of time, money, and quality of work.
This is a niche within the construction law niche that we are currently set to dominate through value-added services and creative billing models.
The firm is on track for aggressive growth, and we need another experienced attorney to join our team.Our competitive advantage is our service to clients, including our systems to monitor and control client communications.
Our attorneys have the luxury of policies and procedures that control client care and communication so that you do not need to be worried about being interrupted by unscheduled texts and phone calls.

We are looking for someone who can handle all aspects of legal services for the firm with mínimal supervision but in conjunction with our excellent existing team of three attorneys, three paralegals, a Legal Production Coordinator, a Marketing Manager, and a Receptionist.

Compensation:
$110,000 - $165,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Communicating empathetically with emotional, noninstitutional clients in need of valuable, reallife guidance with issues of great importance to them
- Reviewing a client's issues on legal matters, analyzing available options, and diligently working to determine the best course of action
- Resolving disputes nonlitigiously when it is not in the client's best interest to litigate
- Supporting the firm's litigation practice through discovery, depositions, mediation, etc., as part of a team and under the direction of the firm's senior attorneys
- Guiding homeowners through issues common to major renovation projects, including issues relating to payments, timing, and quality of work
- Guiding contractors through daytoday contract, lien, and payment issues
