Job Summary:

Our company is searching for a Beauty Coach / Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The Beauty Coach plays an instrumental role at the clinic as they are tasked with creating an exceptional first impression with our clients.

You will complete the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling clients and providing excellent customer service.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for opening and/or closing spa.
  • Greet and interact with guests with utmost customer service. Schedule appointments, notify providers of client arrivals, ensure client forms are completed properly and process payments. Review and triage guest feedback.
  • Proficient in clinic's Electronic Medical Record / Point of Sale system. Update client profiles with appropriate client notes and client documentation.
  • Promptly address client questions and issues.
  • Optimize provider schedules and ensure client satisfaction with efficient scheduling.
  • Checkout clients, ensure billing accuracy, and process payments.
  • Work with Spa General Manager to assist with office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders.
  • Conduct daily inspections of spa facilities to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and all equipment is kept in a good state of repair.
  • Understand all clinical treatment protocols and retail products the business provides.
  • Strive to reach any retail, membership, and package sales goals.
  • Respond to updates as dictated by Spa General Manager or upper management.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Spa software experienced (Zenoti, Booker, Nextech, Mindbody or others), preferred

Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, spa, healthcare, plastic surgery, hospitality industry, mandatory.

Job Type:
Part-time, Days, Evenings and Saturday availability.


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
