- Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout REVA base locations.
- Answer corporate HR emails, telephone calls, and review daily voicemails.
- Book and track conference room meeting spaces as needed.
- Maintain common areas, including conference rooms and lounges, ensuring they are fully stocked, and environment is neat and clean.
- Coordinate office cleaning and trash removal with facilities and building management.
- Assist with corporate event planning and company meals.
- Perform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc
- Support the Human Resources team customers by gathering employee and candidate information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information.
- Assist with recruiting, job postings, background screenings, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation experience tasks.
- Support other REVA departments as approved by HR Director
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- One (1) year reception or customer service experience.
- Able to operate a switchboard telephone line
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly
- Must pass 10-year background check, pre-employment drug test, and legally work in the US.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Clerical experience within a professional office and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and demonstrate flexibility
- Regular attendance and punctuality with availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance.
- Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the REVA culture, that is, exhibit the REVA values of safety, caring, integrity, passion and fun.
- Excellent communication skill while presenting warm, hospitable, professional demeanor at all times.

Position Summary
Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, coordinating mail, and routing all pertinent information. This is a fast-paced position, so we are looking for an individual who can make quick decisions, take directions well and prioritize workloads effectively.

In the medical transport industry, urgency, reliability, and experience are absolutely critical. We have completed over 30,000 flights in 70 countries. From marooned hikers to critically ill patients, REVA provides medical transport service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, worldwide. When patients need care that cannot be provided during normal travel or in the region they are currently in, they call REVA. REVA's reach is worldwide. Four bases of operation within North America, the Caribbean, and Europe provide points of departure convenient to even the most distant locales.
