    Job Summary:


    The Receptionist at Southern 441 Toyota will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and customers to our dealership in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.

    This individual will be responsible for greeting and directing guests, answering and directing phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.

    This is a full-time, salary administrative position in the auto industry and will report to the Office Manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome all guests and customers to Southern 441 Toyota in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
    • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including tidying up and restocking supplies as needed.
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as any other administrative tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for service and sales departments.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
    • Maintain and update customer records in our database.
    • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
    • Keep informed of dealership activities, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with composure.
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
