    Position: Receptionist

    Salary: $16-$17 per hour

    Shift: Part Time

    As a Receptionist, you will:

    • Extend a warm welcome to visitors entering and exiting our facility
    • Manage a multi-line telephone system with finesse, ensuring accurate message-taking
    • Maintain vigilant oversight of all individuals entering and exiting the facility, including visitors, consultants, employees, and vendors
    • Support the administrative team with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of our facility
    • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars efficiently to support the smooth operation of the facility
    • Assist with event planning and coordination, contributing to the success of special events and activities
    • Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately, ensuring timely processing of information
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining efficient mailroom operations
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring uninterrupted workflow
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and hospitality

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
    • Familiarity with Nursing Home operations is a plus
    • Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling, data entry, and order management
    • Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to handle multiple phone lines and transfer calls efficiently
    • Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
