Our friendly pediatric dental office is looking for a motivated Front Office Receptionist.

Looking to add a front office team member that is a go-getter, can multi-task, dependable, loves dentistry must be friendly and outgoing and have good people skills

Experience in a dental office is highly preferred. Must be fluent in English, Spanish a plus.


Responsibilities include:
Schedule management - making appointments

Treatment plan discussions and following up on outstanding treatment
Presenting financial arrangements
Collecting and posting payments
Verifying patient insurance, submitting insurance claims and narratives

This position is full time - 5 days per week
Experience with Dentrix software preferred


Compensation:
$16.00 to $20.00 /hour

From $16.00 per hour
