    • Acting as the IT liaison to the business for gathering, analyzing, and evaluating business systems, requirements, and user needs for the Valvoline platform and solutions.
    • Providing thought leadership and best practices in Salesforce to the business, leveraging practical experience and case scenarios to enhance business processes.
    • Leading and executing complex Salesforce projects by collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes based on business objectives.
    • Owning the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, offering cross-discipline guidance for seamless integration and execution.
