    Business Planning Analyst at Intel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Join our Global Events Center of Excellence, ECOE, within the sales and marketing organization.

    The Business Planning Analyst, BPA, role delivers strategic planning and operational alignment to the global Events COE leadership and ECOE team, ensuring the smooth execution of business planning priorities.

    The position requires experience working across a large stakeholder base, will influence and or recommend issue resolution strategies using data-driven decision-making across appropriate key stakeholders and management, and managing ECOE financials.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ECOE operating plans and reviews, team updates and onboarding, developing and disseminating ECOE communications, analyzing ECOE financials, and strategic workforce planning, including culture building and related assessments.

    The BPA will primarily drive continuous process and project improvements, requires extensive data analysis of internal and external events, and must have a solid budgetary planning and administration/operational background.

    The role will manage departmental indicators and OKRs to drive organizational efficiencies and consistency.

    The nature of the job varies based on the needs of the leadership team and the organization's changing needs and will evolve.

    The BPA role is crucial in sensing and working directly with the broader organization and staff to help set priorities, understand gaps, and work with other stakeholders across SMG.

    This position provides high-performing, high-potential professionals with accelerated business and leadership learning opportunities. Skills and Abilities + Experience leading Events and or project teams. + Background in Finance. Must be adept at tracking, collecting, and synthesizing large amounts of data and associated analysis. + Self-managed, works independently, and can proactively anticipate leadership and stakeholder needs. + Coordinates external training opportunities, facilitates signups of sessions, and acts as team manager for the supplier. + Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to achieve project objectives timely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. + Manage content development for ECOE Presentations, Open Forums, etc. + New hire engagement and onboarding, including quarterly touch points for information gathering and culture pulse check. + Partner with strategic program office teams to align the implementation of approved events. + Explain To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
