    Workforce Planning Data Analyst at St.

    Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview As a Workforce Planning Data Analyst , you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce strategy through data-driven insights.

    You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, developing forecasts, and providing insights that support effective decision-making and resource allocation.

    We are looking for an analytical thinker with a passion for workforce planning and a commitment to driving organizational success.

    You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting workforce data to provide actionable recommendations that support our business objectives. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities + Conduct thorough analysis of historical and current workforce data to identify trends, patterns, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.

    + Partner with our Digital and Analytics department to develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasting models to support short-term and long-term strategic planning and decision-making.

    + Collaborate with HR, finance, Clinical Learning and Student Services, and other relevant departments to gather data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    + Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate workforce metrics, trends, and KPIs to leadership. + Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing workforce efficiency, productivity, and resource allocation. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in workforce planning procedures. + Assist in the development and implementation of workforce policies and initiatives based on data analysis. + Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.


    Qualifications + Education:
    Bachelors degree or experience in lieu of degree

    + Experience:

    6 years relevant experience (workforce planning, analytics, or related field) + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data interpretation and reporting. + Previous HR experience and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Why St. Luke's At St. To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
